CSACV (Central Scheme for Assistance to Civilian Victims) Portal has been started w.e.f. 01.08.2022 to facilitate online submission of reimbursement proposals under CSACV by DM/DC/State Govt/UT Administration. District Nodal Officer (DNO) submit reimbursement proposal to State Nodal Officer (SNO) on CSACV Portal and the SNO forwards the proposal to MHA in the portal itself. After examination of proposal on file as per Scheme guidelines, if found eligible, sanction order is issued. Then, the Sanction order is uploaded on CSACV portal and the case is marked as complete on the portal.
